What is your business scope?

COSFINITY is the supplier of packaging for cosmetic, skin care, perfumery, and personal care product. Our customized products cover package design from the concept phase to the finished package. By working closely with our designers and supplier partners, we provide products on the latest design trends, focusing on the containers, components, materials, and services for the most creative packages. COSFINITY continues to provide customers with fashion, variety, novelty packaging.

What are your advantages in the competitive markets?

Our advantages are quickly action, professional designs, rich material sources, strict production management, best quality control, punctual delivery, easy communication and reasonable prices.

What is the target market of your products?

Our products focus on mass market, for example, Maybelline, Nivea, Newskin, Avon, Jafra’s … ect requirements.

What is your minimum quantity for each order?

Normally our MOQ is 12,000pcs per item. This is to help reduce order processing and administrative costs. Savings are pass-through directly to all of our customers. If your order is less than this quantity, welcome you email to fce@icpa-global.com , we will contact you further!

Price is sensitive topic, how do you comment on your price level?

Our products lines belong to middle level prices at good quality. We do not produce cheap items at cheap prices without any warranty. We would like to work on the long term relationship with customers. Is saving a few dollars worth the hassle?

Do you have any stock?

Yes, we have some personal skin care container in stock, but mainly we providing customized products, we develop, design and make decoration for customers, we make the surface decoration and logo printing in accordance with customer’s requirements. Will you expose our project design and idea which we share with you even we didn’t work with you at last?

We welcome you share your project and ideas with us, our professional and experienced engineer will evaluate its feasibility and realized it, meanwhile, we will keep all of your information confidential unless you ask us to open. In other words, for protection of our customer's secret, our factory may not be always open for ALL customers.

We have our own supplier, why should we choose you?

Ok, that is what we are always doing! To meet your fast and specific requirements on cosmetics packaging, we are ready to provide you with wide and novelty various for your reference, contact with us anytime to find your requirements! Meanwhile, we focus on the developing product style, function and decoration design, and keeping good communication on engineering with our superior factories. We use our wide supplier net, and combine the best advantages of each supplier to present you the best products for you. Our target is to provide our customers perfect function, unique style, beautiful surface and competitive price.

Do you charge the sampling fee if we want our own logo and decoration?

Yes, we will charge you the sampling cost USD 100 each model if you need make samples according to your demands (LOGO printing and designated color coating, etc), when the order is confirmed, we will return the cost back to you by deducting it from the order amount.

How is the lead time for sample request?

For evaluation sample ( no logo printing and designated decoration ), normally we require 7 working days if no stock is available. And for pre-production sample (with logo printing and designated decoration), it may take 10 working days maximally.

Can we get your stock samples free of charge?

Yes, we can send you 1-5pcs / per model and maximally 3 models for your purchase evaluation and development in the first time, but the courier cost will be paid by you at the beginning of business. We need your account number of FedEx / DHL / UPS / TNT etc., then the required free samples will be sent out within one week by freight collected from the customer’s / consignee’s account. After one time successful cooperation, we will provide you sample parcels maximum 3 times free of charge including the international courier express cost. And when you become our long-term business partner, we will send you our new samples all free of charge from time to time.

Do you have a creative team involved in designing products?

Yes, we keep investing the money on the new moulds, if your new idea of products meets our marketing evaluation, we can create the moulds free of charge for you. We have couple of innovative designers in our head office adequately equipped with CorelDraw, 3D Max & Advanced CAD systems, they can very well understand what the customers want and work out the needed arts precisely, as well as constantly develop and evolve the new products lines . We launch our new collection every season and update the catalogues with new items.

What form of payment do you accept?

For saving your valuable time and cost, if the order amount is less than USD 4,000, we strongly recommend to arrange it at once. For the order amount more than USD 4,000, normally we accept wire transfer 30% as down payment, 70% balance is due before shipment. For orders value over than USD 30,000, we accept the irrevocable L/C at sight or T/T payment term. We keep other payment way negotiable when you keep long term business relationship with us!

What INCOTERM you use mostly?

We mostly accept EXW or FOB, sometimes C&F, CIF, and DDU is also acceptable. The shipping documents: Surrendered (TELEX RELEASE) bill of lading, invoice, and packing list will be sent by e-mail after ETD.

I have no idea about the shipment arrangement, can you help us ?

Yes, just notify us of your destination port or address. If you do not have a forwarder, we can help you to find one then quote the freight cost and handling for your reference. If you have pointed a freight forwarding agent, provide us with their contact information. We will contact them when the goods are near completion.

What is the typical lead time for mass production?

Our lead time is 20-30 working days not including the Chinese Legal holidays after receiving your deposit and confirmation samples based on 12,000pcs. If we have stock in our warehouse, we try to ship them in 24 hours. Of course this time frame may vary depending on the carrier you choose.

Do you have any better way to quicken the delivery time?

Since all production proceed on after the approval of samples, the quick, proper and appropriate communication will certainly save much time. From the past experience, if the customers want to change the logos or designs after presenting the samples, the repeat samples will take more times. So please ensure there are no misunderstanding before sampling. Our production department arranges all orders in rigorous rotation of arrival time of T/T deposits. The earlier the payment reach us, the sooner delivery time will be.

Have you ever had any communication problems with your clients?

The workable language we use is English. Do look at our website and see how helpful it is to you. we communicate with clients 90% by emails, 10% by phone. We prefer to work through emails, which is easy, quick, convenient, colorful. Our computer system can accept logo art works by Photoshop and the digitized embroidery software without any difficulty. The inquires by phone is not convenient to us except in emergency or urgent situation, because there are too many new inquires everyday from whole of the world. We have to think it over or guess who the callers are from and what inquiry they have.

For my own design, what is your typical lead time for tooling?

Engineering drawing: 5-7 working days, First time sample: 30 working days, Functional sample:7-15 days, start mass production :3-7 working days after final approval samples.

How do I know if my product is compatible with the packaging?

All our finished components are tested extensively for interaction but due to the fast-paced nature of the cosmetic chemical market we cannot guarantee that it will be compatible with your product. We highly recommend that you, and / or your lab, conduct compatibility and stability tests. We will be more than happy to assist in any way possible. Product testing with a container is solely your responsibility, and we strongly recommend that you thoroughly test your product with container options prior to any volume purchase. All Items shown and described at our website or custom built for you are not necessarily suitable for every kind of use. We make NO WARRANTY that the products we sell or custom build for you are fit for any particular purpose. All other warranties, whether expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use, are expressly disclaimed.

What if I am not satisfied with the goods, how to complaint and return it, can I get a refund?

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you have purchased [excluding merchantability and fitness (see above)], we will be happy to exchange, refund your money, or provide a merchandise credit for products shipped back to us in re-sellable condition within 7 days of goods receipt. Returned orders are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. Exchange, refund, or credit is not issued for freight charges (to or from our facility), customs fees, special handling, or special services. Returns are not allowed on special order containers that have been printed, labeled, or modified for you unless the problem with the container is due to an error on our part. Returns are not accepted due to incompatibility with your product: Product testing with a container is solely your responsibility, and we strongly recommend that you thoroughly test your product with container options prior to any volume purchase. You must contact us prior to returning products before shipping product back to us, or else we will refuse to receive your shipment into our facility.

What if part of my order is damaged or missing?

Please note that all shipments are insured. It is important for you to count your cases and inspect them for damage before you sign for them. If you notice any missing or damaged goods, report this to the driver and make sure it is noted on the receiving documents. Contact us immediately and advise us of the situation.

We are very worried about the goods quality, but we can not come to spot inspect the goods? How could you help us to solve this problem?

A good question! We are fully considering this for you already. When the day you confirm the order, we stand the same line as you are, you own a professional team to work for you in China and you are no need to pay extra cost . We have strong lot control ability. We will make the Initial Production Inspection , During Production Inspection ,Final Inspection and send you reports (Not all of the three reports will be sent ,but the final inspection reports will be sent for every order).

Do you accept order cancellation request?

No. For security and procedural purposes, our automated processing system and warehouse security management does NOT allow order-processing modifications. Therefore, it is our utmost sincere advice to please review your order careful prior to submission.

I can not find the products which I need from your website, can you help me?

Our focus is packaging for cosmetics and related accessories, and we release new products on our website from time to time, but not all of our products are displayed there, so if the products you looked for are not shown on our website, we welcome you send us your demanding and we will make an effort to give you a solution.

We have confirmed to you the logo artwork printing and you have started the mass production, but we find there are some mistakes, can you change the logo printing for us?

All of the logo artwork provided by customers should be assured without any mistakes, and should be sent to COSFINITY in softcopy. It must be saved in Adobe Illustrator and an outline must be created at the front. If any mistakes caused by Your side. all of the delay, damaged ,lost happen will be afforded by you. And we will stop our production until we received your re-confirmation again.
